It is very well located

NO HOT WATER! When I complained via email, the management were condescending asking if I’d turned the tap the correct way etc. I politely replied that I’m fully aware of how to operate a shower mixer. I Upon checking past reviews, it seems there are many more complaints of this nature! Stood on the door step for about ten minutes ringing the door bell to be let in and checked in. The room was beyond basic, but you get what you pay for i guess.
