My experience was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and professional, and the hotel was neat and clean.

I stayed at the hotel last night and it was a very good experience. When I entered, the staff welcomed me warmly and were very professional. The place was clean and tidy, and the room was nicely decorated.The cost was also reasonable.

The location is great for a weekend in Blackpool. You get what you pay for, although rooms are very outdated and not the cleanest. The staff are helpful. Room was very small and tight for 3 adults. Somewhere to sleep at night.

The first twin room I went in number 21 was filthy the carpet was disgusting. The stool was dirty and stained. The bathroom in the shower the silicone needs replacing. The wallpaper was ripped and hanging off Tea and Coffee stains down the wall because the kettle is on a tiny shelf, is bad for health and safety! The room itself doesn't have enough space for a twin I'd say it's a,single. With x2 single beds. It had no full size mirror. I asked to change rooms. Got sent upstairs to room 23 the room was even smaller. A box room. No mirror again. The shower needs maintaining ! The shower had a sign on asking if you wanted your towels replacing, leave them in the shower! I did as the sign requested. They didn't change my towels! The soap rack and toilet toll holder were going rusty, damp patches on the ceiling in both rooms too. They don't care ! This place needs sorting out, no one on the reception half the time. Poor service !!!

Brightly painted so easier to spot, walking distance from North train station, staff were patient and kind to me esp. as a solo traveller with autism. En suite rooms, and my room was a good size for a single person, with storage with a chest of drawers and wardrobe, and a shelf in the bathroom above the sink. There’s a tv and plugs you can use, they have wifi (which I didn’t realise, didn’t notice the sign!) and it’s a nice spot.

The taps in the bathroom would drip unless both were closed very tightly, which was fiddly for me as I have small, shaky, hands. But if closed properly, it’s fine.
