We paid in advance to stay here did not expect to get ushered out at checking in and took to a sister bed and breakfast across the road with. No warning Saying they had no room for us as shower was broken We were not happy as this is not what we wanted and thi k they could have contacted us before hand to let us know this and give the option Wont book again

Unhygienic, dirty, dated, should not be used as B+B for visitors. Paid £98 for two nights! States it's a budget hotel? No breakfast included ( i would not have eaten anything anyway) other hotels were charging £80 for two nights including breakfast and spotless. Totally ripped off and disappointed that hotels like this are still operating. Gives Blackpool a bad name.
