The Falkland Arms

Being rather tall (1.93 meters) it was a challenge, not only in the room but also around the entire premisis. Having said that, it was a real experience to remember. But be aware of the low ceilings and very small bathroom in the room.

In our case, the (bath)room was too low and small to have a comfortable stay, but that can't be helped for such a historic building ofcourse.

This was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary....it was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff, particularly the owner, were so friendly and attentive. A beautiful pub with lots of character in a stunning location. Delicious food, both evening meal and breakfast. We felt very well looked after and will definitely recommend to others and go back !

Stunning property, with beautifully decorated rooms and the food served is fab - especially the breakfasts.

Die Lage ist toll, sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Pub ist von innen sehr urig, draußen kann man in einem schönen Garten verweilen und essen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Ein Föhn im Zimmer wäre schön.
