"A delightful overnight stay in a most charming ancient pub with lovely staff, top marks all round !"

I could not have had a more pleasant welcome by Tom, the barman / host when I arrived after a long drive. He was courteous & made me feel most welcome. After walking my dog for 20 minutes I enjoyed a pint, and then a good burger, which I shared with my hound as I’d forgotten to bring food for him, his dinner was supplemented by a sausage from the kitchen. How nice 👍
