The staff were so helpful and happy to assist with all our concerns. They even helped us plan an unforgettable trip assisting with all the activity bookings and pickups. Prime location - very close to restaurants with amazing views, the national park, and the Quepos marina. The included breakfast was delish and the bar was decently priced. The pool is surround by forest and wildlife.

Nothing really. I was happy with our stay.

chambre sans extérieur ni possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre, sensation d'être enfermé, c'est dommage sinon on frolait la perfection ( il devrait être précisé lors de la réservation qu'il n'y a pas d'extérieur et que les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas,c'est dommage pour le standing de l'hotel)

Wunderbares Hotel mit traumhaftem Garten und sehr gutem Essen. Ich kann wirklich nichts bemängeln. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde auch immer wieder top gereinigt. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Boho-Stil und der Weg dort hin geht durch den Garten, in welchem man auch allerlei Tiere findet (Schildkröten, Affen, Aras etc.). Das Bett war bequem. Toll war auch die große Dusche. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Die Liegen waren sehr gemütlich. Das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Bei Fragen wurde einem immer geholfen. Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung (alles eher hochpreisig). Mit dem Bus ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand oder im Rest des Ortes. Der Ort ist sehr touristisch, viele Hotels, Restaurants. In 2 Minuten Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt haben wir zwei Faultiere gesehen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

La ubicación. Muy cerca de buenos restaurantes y del parque Manuel antonio y la playa biesanz. Restaurant con buena comida. Personal muy amable. Pieza amplia y cómoda. Cama buena. Piscina buena y con hartas reposeras disponibles. Todo en buen estado Jardín del hotel es muy lindo y con muchos animales.
