El personal es maravilloso, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante, realmente marca la diferencia de una buena o mala estadía. En el caso de The Falls, el personal marcó la diferencia con su atención, amabilidad, sugerencias y una calidad sonrisa siempre. Lo super recomendamos, está cerca del ingreso de Manuel Antonio y a unos pasos caminando del restaurante del avión.

Todo estuvo genial

Meine Freundin und ich haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es gab warmes Wasser mit ausreichend Wasserdruck und das Bett war riesig. Von Vorteil war auch, dass man Handtücher für den Pool oder Strand bekommen hat, die man so oft wechseln konnte, wie man wollte. Beim Frühstück konnte man aus einer Karte ein Gericht wählen. Außerdem gab es Kaffee, Früchte und Toast als Buffet. Uns hat es sehr geholfen, dass man sein Frühstück vorbestellen konnte und so bereits um 6.30 Uhr Frühstücken konnte. Das Personal fanden wir immer sehr nett. Das absolute Highlight war für uns der Pool und die Tierwelt. Das Hotel ist von sehr viel Grün umgeben und wir haben im Hotel Kapuzineraffen, Totenkopfaffen, Agutis und ganz viele Leguane gesehen.

We were so delighted with our entire stay! We arrived before check in time, so had some lunch at the bar and had wonderful friendly service, and an excellent meal! We then were able to check into our beautiful room, which was well appointed, large and very comfortable. We only stayed one night and wished we had been able to stay another so that we would have had time to use the pool. The pool area is very private and boutique feeling. The staff was super friendly, and all spoke good English. We live nearby, so already plan to come back and stay at least two nights!

La habitación era grande y estaba limpia y fresca. El desayuno incluido estaba muy rico, además de alguna comida que hicimos en el restaurante del hotel que también nos gustó. El personal era amable y efectivo.
