The Falls Resort at Manuel Antonio

The welcome was fabulous, the location ideal, the room & hotel facilities were brilliant & not too large a hotel. Breakfast & dinner options were exceptionally good & the quality of the food was faultless & delicious.

Nothing - or that we couldn't stay longer!

The grounds were gorgeous and secluded. We had to walk on a jungle path to get to our room. Loved the little patio where we relaxed after a busy day and watched monkeys swinging through the trees. It felt very intimate as a boutique hotel should.

At times we could hear road noise.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, hele comfortabele ruime en sfeervolle kamers en een prachtige tuin! En heerlijk eten in het restaurant!

Todo el personal con quien tuvimos contacto fue sumamente amable. Las instalaciones comunes son super sensuales y es posible ver muchos animales (aves, mamíferos y anfibios) lo cuál nos EN-CAN-TO. El desayuno estaba también muy rico. La recamara muy amplia y la cama excelente para descansar. Muy bien ubicado cerca de una playa pública donde nos pudimos meter a nadar sintiendonos seguros. Lo disfrutamos mucho.

La recámara tenía unos ventanales muy grandes que dan al pasillo, entonces te sientes medio observada. Tenía cortinas de madera muy bonitas, pero si las cerrabas quedaba muy oscuro. No tiene vistas al mar :( Ellos no te prometen vistas al mar, pero como están taaaaan cerca sí me quedé con las ganas de ver la bahía. Si regresara a Manuel Antonio buscaría un hotel con esas vistas.

A long time ago, someone created a beautiful tropical garden with a very beautiful pool. Some nice flats were then constructed to enjoy the area. I would understand it having had a good rating years ago. Today the garden and pool remain very pretty, the kitchen personnel is nice, and I appreciate the fact they provide waste sorting in public areas.

Unfortunately recent management appears to have done an awful job on all accounts, except for the possibility to sort waste bins. - The asset utilisation is beyond acceptable. There are too many rooms for the common utilities. For example, in the garden, there are paths every 3 meters, to accomodate more people). For example, the pool is completely undersized (there are 20 people on the longchairs around a small pool, and if you have a kid, you won't feel woelcome) - Location is ok, but important to understand you are on the wrong side of the road, so no view on the sea, and all rooms (even luxury ones) have a damp atmosphere. - The budget room is unacceptable. There are not window possibilities. The staff uses a kind of insecticite/perfume, with a very strong smell. One should not sleep in there to avoid lung damage. We had kids so we had to move. - Management is unprofessional. Because of the toxic smell and our 2 kids, we had to move to another hotel. The management was super defensive and did not provide any flexibility or reemboursement. We ended nextdoor in the Si Como No, which turned out to be far better on all accounts.

Quarto grande, confortável, ótima localização, funcionários atenciosos e limpeza impecável

O café da manhã era um pouco simples (você podia escolher um prato do cardápio, ex: panqueca, ovos e tinham alguns complementos em uma mesa para você se servir, porém frequentemente acabavam os itens dessa mesa e não eram repostos ou tinha pouca variedade).
