The hor tub was clean the room was clean the bathroom was also cleanand the tassimo machine was nice no complaints at all

"Disappointing"

The room was well furnished.

Faulty lights, which we were just told to switch off. TV remote didn't work. Room wasn't cleaned unless you explicitly asked. The room was advertised for 4 people but is only big enough for 2 adults and 1 young child. The foldaway beds we were supplied had a habit of collapsing. We left a couple of days early so our daughter could use the room on her own.
