"Nice accommodation, commincation needs to be better"

Nice clean room

I advised the host i would be arriving at 6pm. Our booking instructions were that we'd be given the key lock box code prior to arrival. We arrived around 6.20pm and I hadn't recieved the code. I tried both mobile numbers and the landline and either got a voicemail or after a good few attempts, the number stopped calling out. I panic texted both mobile numbers as we had a 30th party to get to and didn't want to leave checking in till we were back (as who knows when our evening would be finished). I got a call back at 6.45pm with our code and we were finally in the room. But yes, this was made more stressful than it needed to be but at least we got in.

Did not have the breakfast. Comfortable beds

Email with entry code arrived whilst I was travelling to the hotel so no chance th read it before I arrived. Lock boxes lit from the side and very difficult to read the numbers. Lock boxed very hard to open. It took about half an hour to get in. The tiled floors very cold in winter - another mat by the bed would be appreciated.

"Okay very clean but too hit with no ventilation and could hear next doors conversation"

It was very hot as no window and the radiator came on early in the bathroom (not ideal with a dog) The beds were extremely soft
