Beautiful rooms, helpful staff, a gorgeous setting.

Very clean. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.

Just bad luck that we were next door to a couple who were talking/arguing loudly until 4am (the walls are extremely thin), then from6.45am, their alarms went off repeatedly and were ignored. Got up to no hot water and no central heating (but there was a small electric heater in a cupboard), so couldn’t shower. Phoned and sent messages, but no reply. Extremely cold morning - car covered in ice.

Nice clean tidy room. Hot tub was great really hot and ready on arrival, great location in a quiet and peaceful place. 100% recommend

It was what we needed, we were in the wood store, it was a great location, parking was very good and just round the corner from a little pub, the hot tub was excellent.

Bed was very low and the mattress had a hill in the middle probably from the bed, the walls were thin, we could hear next doors conversations and tv pretty well, not good as they stayed up all night talking, no bottled water in the room, no extractor fan in bathroom, also the shower was leaking on the hose quiet bad, and rail was lose. Also communication wasn’t great it took a follow up message, I also asked for late check out, that was ok for £10 per hour, but was knocked up by the two cleaners who where a bit rude, when I explained I had till 12pm they said no you haven’t, would of been better if they would of said I’m sorry we haven’t been informed we will check, instead I was stood in the door half naked -2 deg explaining myself for 5mins 🫣 £153

Host sent a message with a code to the lockbox so check in was very easy and they were okay with me arriving late in the evening.

Very thin walls plus doors connecting all the rooms so all sound came through, even normal speaking could be heard very easily from the next room. Very misleading description on booking.com. Only two rooms have access to a hot tub, even though they use the hot tub as the main selling point. This was not made clear at all when booking and we were very disappointed not to have a hot tub.
