Very friendly and engaging staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfy room in an old hotel with interesting period features. The hotel is located in Ledbury town so easy walk into the high street and amenities

No parking that I was aware of, but there is a long stay car park nearby - but obviously costs money for an overnight stay

Wonderful historic building, spotlessly clean, comfortable quirky room, staff were really welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, variety of options good quality ingredients. We will be back

Nothing! Stairs are steep which might be an issue for someone with mobility issues.

Relaxed atmosphere. Building full of character. Sunny courtyard/garden.

Comfortable and welcoming stay in a quirky and historic venue. Room was clean, a good size, and conveniently situated on ground floor. Dog-friendly and - unlike some such venues - dog owners are not restricted (it seems) regarding choice of room.

No food available on a Sunday evening. Parking is limited, though this is hardly the fault of the venue in such an historic building, but needs to be thought out in advance in case street spaces are full.

Super friendly and helpful staff

Very outdated bedrooms and bathrooms. The single twin beds were extremely narrow. The bar downstairs was really loud, especially as they had a singer, which reverberated through the rooms. There needs to be more advice on local parking ass we spent a lot of time trying to park up.

The hotel was lovely very nice and helpful staff ,shame booking .com never told the hotel we were coming to stay and had paid a month before when we trued up we had NO ROOM . Thanks to the staff they found us other accommodation and a free meal and drink . Thank you staff at the hotel 👍
