Grand Arkenso Parkview Hotel

First time visited Semarang and stayed at Grand Arkenso Hotel was amazing experience. This hotel located in strategic place, near shopping center, classy, good service although a little bit hard to find parking but vallet service very helpful and the price so reasonable not too pricy. The hotel room wide and comfortable with cold and warm water. And then I very like the breakfast, so many kind of menu good taste and comfortable restaurant. I'll stay at Grand Arkenso again, it's recomended. Good Job!

Dopo alcuni anni di assenza da Semarang sono tornato ed ho scelto il Grand Arkenso Hotel, ex Hotel Horison,hotel che ho sempre frequentato. Non ho trovato nulla di cambiato, a parte il nome. Molto cortesi alla reception; essendo arrivato prima dell'orario di check-in mi avrebbero dato una camera fumatori, ma ho aspettato un po' e mi hanno dato un camera anche con upgrade. Aveva infatti un bel divano ed era molto grande. Sempre ottima la colazione, molto varia e la piscina è sempre uno spettacolo. Personale sempre molto discreto ed attento. Il prezzo era molto competitivo.

It was fine, I found the room was not in good repair. It took me a few days to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower cause the handle was reversed for the hot and cold. The water pressure in the sink was very low, mirror in the bathroom looked like it had not be cleaned for years.

It was good stay. I really enjoyed in horison hotel Semarang . The service was good there was no Disturbance and it's in city center everything close to me .

This hotel has a concept old style for building, not modern concept. Outdoor pool is bad, cloudy water (not clear water). Tap shower is broken. Location is very good. In the city centre. Near to the mall.

The tub did not drain properly during a shower. This was reported and the maintenance person came to check but did nothing. We asked for another room with a tub that drained properly but were refused.

Location near to local food stall and easy access. Goods hotel staff and services is excellent.
