Good location.

Gloomy room with terrible view over an alley. Only one night so not a big deal.

In leuke wijk met veel winkeltjes en restaurants in de omgeving.

Parkeren. Op straat maar voor 2 uur. Parkeergarage ver lopen en duur.

Le petit déjeuner avec un personnel attentionné.

La parking voiture un peu exigu et insuffisant.

Great location, super friendly staff.

Unfortunately the beds aren’t very comfortable. We stayed in the family room to save money, and it had a strange smell to it. We described it as ‘barnyard’ but it was more accurately described as a sewage/fecal smell. It was there when we arrived but I opened a window thinking it would help. We got back late and the smell was even stronger. It was strongest in the morning. Would have said something but we got in late and didn’t feel worth it in the morning

It had a lift in it and room was spacious

The receptionist was applauding, rude, inappropriate behavior for someone front of house who did not clear up my issue and I was forced to not only pay for a previous booking which had been cancelled but NOT BY ME!!!!! I had all the confirmation emails and codes and I had paid on the 22nd nov 2025 when booked was confirmed! I think had to pay £151.00 to stay there as no where else had a room for the night so in total I paid £357.00 for 1 room!! No understanding about situation or resolve which is unacceptable! I would never turn up at a property with my case if I had Cancelled it! Doesn’t make any sense and still don’t have any resolve hence the scores at I will NEVER return or recommend this property and will tell everyone I know to never stay here either due to this treatment I am lost for words and would score them lower if I could.
