Great Cedar Hotel at Foxwoods

Transportation signs could be better displayed. Shops could open early and stay open later.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, the view was of the roof so that was just okay. I use the Expedia website to book my reservation when I got to the check-in desk they could not find my reservation. Expedia put my last name as my first name and my first name as my last name. I stood at the check-in desk for about 45 minute's trying to fix this problem. The woman behind the desk offered no help. She was just plain rude. Overall, my experience at Foxwoods great Cedar Hotel was more positive than negative. I would just not choose to stay in that hotel on the property again.

Everything seemed to be pretty nice. Staff is good surroundings were good. The only thing I didn’t like is that my neighbor next to me came in at between 12 and three 4 o’clock in the morning and was very loud for hours so I could not sleep properly, almost like the walls with paper thing. He did this for three nights very disturbing.

It was great. I just wish we had a smoke free room, but it was fine.

The hotel phone was broken. I assume that you foxwoods didnt want me to order room service. That sucks

Like it a lot. We’re not gamblers. We came for a golf tournament at Lake of Isles. Everything was good. But we felt there should’ve been more breakfast options.
