It was great for relaxing

i was stay in hotel arjun its a nice and budget hotel service good and clean bathroom. front desk staff is helpful and polite. food was good also make a fresh food. when i was came in delhi so always stay in arjun hotel.

No blanket provided and when I requested, they gave me bedsheets. Washroom did not had any door. Window was just below the ceiling which made it impossible to close it even when it was cold outside during the night

Bargain price. Modern room with big tv and bed. Bedding and towels slightly damp and grubby. Friendly staff.

Vi blev inte upphämtade från flygplatsen. Fick inte det rum vi betalade för, endast en fängelsecell utan fönster. VARNING: hotellet är en byggnadsplats, varken pool eller rooftop var tillgängliga som det utlovas på hemsidan. Istället byggs det och bullrar hela dagarna. Oändligt många kackerlackor på rummet, det blir att skaka väskorna när man kommer hem. Lakanen i sängen var bruna och smutsiga. Personalen var inte hjälpsamma eller intresserade överhuvudtaget. Wifi fungerade endast 10 minuter på rummet. Som grädden på moset pruttade en i personalen när han var inne på vårt rum för att hjälpa till med AC:n, oacceptabelt. Enda plus var att AC gick att få igång till slut. Om ni ändå vill bo här, boka inte online pga otroligt överpris. Det kommer finnas rum på detta ställe i sådana fall, ingen som ser det i verkligheten skulle betala det priset.

This hotel's materials say it has a restaurant, swimming pool, etc., but it doesn't have anything except rooms. They have gutted the building next door to add to the hotel and say the amenities will be in the new part. In the meantime, the hotel just has some rooms and a big, loud, dusty construction zone going on from morning until night. They claim the WiFi works in rooms, but eventually will concede it doesn't, so guests are using it in the lobby. When I arrived, the main front desk guy essentially treated me like a criminal because the immigration guy at the airport had twice screwed up my visa-on-arrival--first by writing the wrong expiration date on it (which I had to go back and get corrected) and, second, by not writing my visa number on my visa. The hotel guy acted like Indian immigration's incompetence was my fault. Well, it's not.

Well I got an early check in and the room was spacious and hot water running all time. Mr Vikas the manager was very helpful in guiding me to the right shop and nearby places. Definitely going to stay next time

Wasn't expecting much but this place was pretty grim. The bathroom was really what let it down, bedroom was okay.

Upon arrival at the hotel after a long flight, and having made the bookings some 4 weeks in advance, we were told that only one room was ready and that we should come back later.Not a good start.After some time we were told that the general manager had moved us to another hotel some 200 yds away called Cabana and we're promptly marched to this address.Arjun is located on a busy, noisey street and looks filthy.Cabana is less busy! Mr Diwan the Cabana manager was reasonably helpful and cheery, but Vijay the general manager has the overall say.We asked to pay our bill by card and we're told not possible.Mr Vijay failed to keep two appointments with us,forcing the settlement of the bill in cash.The hotel has building work of sorts in progress daily which is noisey until late at night.The Wifi is intermittent, but on the last day we were told that they have a second more reliable address.Rooms on the front offer unique suicide full length opening windows with no barrier to prevent you from plummeting to the street below should you sleepwalk, or just decide that you can take no more of this fiasco. More seriously it would prove hazardous to those with young children. To state that 'the staff speak your language here'is not even a half truth.The rooms are damp and mildewed do to incorrect exhausting of the intermittent air conditioning with a smell commensurate with this.Hot water is hit and miss, leaking bathroom equipment the norm
