The rooms and the hotel itself is in impeccable state and the rooms are very comfortable and offer a lot of space unlike the dingy rooms which the nearby hotels have and feel like a bit upper class hotel according to the room rate offered.Be it rooms or the hotel condition ,the hotel clearly stands out when compared to its competitors.

Hotel Arjun is located in a great location with many shops and restaurants around. When we first arrived standard check-in was expected, then we were lead to our room. The bathroom was not cleaned at all and was filthy. The staff that brought us up to the room quickly cleaned the bathroom so it was fine. The room was clean and kept very well. We were only here for a short time but everything was fine. We ate breakfast at their other hotel and it was very good. Anand and Ravi were very helpful to us whenever we had any questions. Overall, our stay was very nice and I would recommend anyone looking for a nice hotel in the busy Main Bazar area.

Nous avions retenu et payé par Expedia deux chambres et visiblement il n'y en avait qu'une réservée: responsabilité de l'hôtel ou d'Expedia? La chambre retenue était correcte, défraîchie, elle avait du être bien il y a trois ou quatre moussons. La deuxième était humide, moisie, draps sales (changés à notre demande à l'arrivée), sans eau chaude. L'hôtel l'a changée pour la troisième nuit après plusieurs demandes insistantes pour une chambre correcte sans eau à la douche, uniquement au robinet inférieur. Hôtel très bruyant et on aimerait bien savoir qui est "Ahmed" tant réclamé à cor et à cri dès 6h du matin dans les escaliers

I did not care at all for this accomodation. My room was dark, dingy and cold. When i told them i was cold i was offered another dingy blanket. When i told them i was leaving a day early i was offered a heater. For 10.00 more a night you will get a clean, modern room with a heater at the Metropolis. I ordered an airport pick up for late night flight, and 3 times i walked up and down the outside corrider looking for my name, and did not find. They tried to charge me as they had my name on a plackard. So they charged me for the last night room tariif instead.

Ik raad U aan deze zeer slecht gemanagede plek van uw lijst te halen. De bedden van de suite die we geboekt hadden waren vies en beslapen. Toen ze weer opgemaakt werden met een enkel bed laken op een dubbel bed. TV was de zender niet betaald dus alleen 1 reclame zender, ijskast, vies, leeg en stond uit. Deur sloot niet goed want slot was ontzet. De lijst is te lang om door te gaan, maar zulke plekken zouden verboden moeten worden !

First we got a dark (no window) room, but after asking for another room we got a better one with window. For us it's more comfortable because u know when the day starts. The food is delicious and the service. Stuff is good and friendly. When we left to airport we asked before for a taxi. We've been promised for a "taxi" right in time. Imagine: 3 passengers with big bags to transport, but we became only a small old car with no space for our luggage and had to pay too much money for that transportation!

Good hotel for price, can organise tours. Pool was only one third full but they filled it up. Restaurant ordinary and carefule what you eat. Rooftop pleasant and rooms very good - need to run the tap for five minutes to get hot water. Quiet and they try very hard. Paul the driver for hire speaks good English but extremely pushy driving style - not the most relaxing drive in Delhi. He knows the area very well and you can get a lot into a day. I would stay here again but ensure you negotiate for everything in true Indian style.

Das Hotel kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen. Mein Zimmer war sauber und schön. Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich sehr sicher dort gefühlt. Auch mein Gepäck, samt Labtop waren während meiner mehrtägigen Abwesenheit sicher aufgehoben. Das Essen im Restaurant hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Nach einem langen Tag mit sightseeing war der Pool auf der Dachterrasse sehr erfrischend. Die Hotel liegt relativ ruhig, etwas zurückversetzt von der Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Der Flughafen-Transfer hat reibungslos und zuverlässig funktioniert. Auch die Endabrechnung war korrekt.

They try to get your money anyway you can, they keep changing the rate and you have to argue for the previous rate. They say they are going to give you a really nice room and it is dirty with only one sheet that is too small for the bed.Then the bathtub has a big hole in it ( not the drain). You can't stand in it or it will sink. You don't want to touch anything because it is dirty. It has a pool , but they were cleaning the dirty floor and sweeping the filthy water into the pool. Breakfast that was included was very minimal. The "travel desk" arranges a trip for you but the driver does not take you to the places they say they will. Maniac driver who then keeps getting "guides" for you that you don't want and then they expect money or takes you by some shop so they will get a kick back of money. For a little more money try the White Klove Hotel down the street. Extremely nice!
