The Boathouse Apartments

We love staying at The Boathouse apartments. The rooms are so lovely and have everything you could want or need for your stay. The location is convenient - but still quiet.

Clean, spacious, everything in working order. Great views, loved the pool.

酒店位置离主街很近，穿过侧面草坪，过一条马路就到了。这样的位置使得出行方便，又很安静。酒店房间宽敞，设施完善，有洗衣房，有厨房，厨具锅灶包括洗碗机、微波炉、烤箱一应俱全，连洗涤用品、抹布也准备得很齐全。特别适合度假居住。烘干机应对雨季超级有用。

唯一不足的是，床单被罩的清洗不够彻底，在被罩上发现一滴血迹没有清洗干净，令人不适。建议入住前自己用洗衣机先洗一遍比较保险。

Great location with beautiful views of the marina. Spacious apartment which was great for 5 adults and a child. Car parking for two cars. Secure key drop for late check in was very helpful. Pool was great with kids with a shallow area and a deep section. Walking distance to the strip and also a good park if you have small children.

It was quite dated and needed a revamp. The kitchen especially had a mix match of cook ware and utensils which made cooking quite hard, for example the knives were blunt, the pantry cupboard didn’t open properly, there was no drying rack. It all just felt very tired and we went for a bigger space with full kitchen so we could cook every night. The bathrooms were similar, a little dated and not fully clean, we had to remove hair and dirt from the master before bathing our son. The door lock on the balcony broke one night and left a member of our group locked outside for over an hour, our calls to the emergency line went unanswered and we luckily managed to force the bifold door open. They did come the next day and fix the lock once reception had opened and we were able to alert them. The washing machine also did not work properly, there was a huge crack in the front of it and the drying function didn’t work at all, it either came out wet or came up with a error and faulted. The pool was great but not very clean, used band aids at the edge of the pool and the spa pool had lots of unknown floaties in it. There was also a security door which had the locks taped open so anyone could come in which didn’t feel secure. Overall for the money, we were disappointed in the quality of the stay.
