"Freezing!"

It was clean and tidy. Good location to town. It's priced fairly and honestly if it was warmer and the facilities worked it would be fine...

Absolutely freezing - even with the heating on takes ages to warm up and I still had to sleep with my jumper on. Duvet and heating just not warm enough for -1C. The shower would not warm up - two temperatures cold and freezing. Parking is hard to find and a distance away. Would rather they said advertised with no parking which would be understandable for the location.
