Room was comfortable and well located for all ameneties. Loved the online check in and door codes sent to whats app.made entry really smooth.

Room 7 shower was either scorching hot or freezing, as only 2 night stay not an issue.but needs looking at.

Staff easy to contact aand very kind and helpful. Central location. The changed my room due to my disability which I appreciated.

The location I didn't realise is on a very busy road! Central but extremely busy. Parking is seven minutes away though unfortunately I'm disabled so there was no way I could carry all our luggage that far. i did find a park nearby but it was pure luck as they are gold dust. The room was comfy enough though felt very dark when you walked in and the windows dirty I know it's no frills but a local guide with places to eat and a table and chairs would be nice.

"A good place to stay for a couple of nights with two young children"

Comfortable family room with private bathroom . Children made dens under thd beds. Hot chocolate was popular. Great big shower in private bathroom

One mattress was worn out. Shower did not always provide water any hotter than tepid
