We like everything, accommodation was perfect, we stay four in a bedroom. Was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. We really enjoyed.

Central location, clean, comfortable room tastefully decorated and well provisioned. Grateful for parking available.

The electronic keypads were tricky to use, having to key the number in several times to get it to open but with success eventually.

"Great value in a great location."

The location is perfect. Quick walk to Windermere and the waterfalls. Lily bar next door is really friendly.

The codes on the handles are not the easiest to use.

"Good position and comfortable enough."

Nice location, small rooms but tastefully decorated and comfortable with everything needed for a short stay.

If you’re driving and have luggage, try parking closer to the hotel in town first to offload as the parking provided is at the football club which is about a ten minute walk and has a 200m/600ft section of rocky track.

How central it was to the centre of Ambleside

The bedroom walls were very thin so could hear lots from other rooms
