Location

Very small tv my room was above the back of a pub so quite noisy.

Room was excellent, and good to have exclusive use of own bathroom when family with me.

The live music and singing from the bar next door which went on until after 12 both nights. 😔

Very clean great location I made a special request and was acted on thank you

Location was close to all facilities,

The room was exactly as described with great facilities provided (e.g. hairdryer, fan, kettle, television etc). It was also brilliant to have parking included with the stay - whilst the parking is about a ten minute walk away this was not an issue and if luggage might make the walk challenging there are parking spaces on the same road for unloading before parking. Any noise issues were not a problem during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfy, the location was excellent and it really helped having parking nearby that was included in the cost! While the room was smaller than expected, it was comfortable and cosy

The water pressure from the shower was a little low. The main issue was noise; Sunday night/Monday morning at 1am, there was drilling going on outside the room, dragging and shouting. I spoke with the hotel about this, and felt I was palmed off, as they said it can be loud during "busy periods" - I don't consider 1am on a Monday morning to be considered a busy period. The hotel is not manned, so have to rely on messaging
