Hotel was super.They upgrade us to a.suite and as a family of 5 it was a great option.Staffs speak little.english but they are.ready to.help using translatore.Hotel.location surrounds.by nature. If you have a car it takes 30/45mm to reach the city center(due speed limit)but it worths if.you want to be immerse in.nature and some.peace.Fantastic holidays

Personal service on Wechat, pool, view, pottery, local scenery and walking trails

Dining areas are a little outdated, choice of western food is very limited, quality of western food is average, most of the staff can't speak english, room a bit dusty, pool lifeguards smoking on the job.

It’s an absolutely lovely resort with beautiful rooms and excellent service. The views are beautiful. The restaurants are the only disappointing feature.

천도호 역에 내려서 약 50분정도 택시를타고 더 가야 호텔이 있습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 시설이좋습니다. 주변 풍경도 너무 좋습니다. 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 리조트 주변에 간식을 살만한곳이 없으므로, 과자같은 간식류는 별도로 준비해서 가는것이 좋습니다. You need to get off at Qian Dao hu Station and take a taxi for about 50 minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and has good facilities. The surrounding scenery is so nice. Breakfast was fine. However, there is no place to buy snacks around the resort, so it is better to prepare snacks separately.

It was a fantastic stay. This is our return trip. We plan to go back next year. The food of the Chinese restaurant is fabulous.

It’s a nice hotel located at an isolated Island which is quite far away from the scenic spots. The room is huge with nice views, well-equipped. Staff are helpful but gym and restaurants don’t really meet a five star hotel standard.

酒店环境很棒，早餐很丰富，湖景景色很好，酒店配套完善，就是房间有些地方灰尘比较多，假期人多就餐有需要排队的情况出现，但是问题很快得到解决
