"Not the usual Ibis standard"

I was dissatisfied with my one night stay. I was overcharged, the rate I booked confirmed it in included tax but I was then charged, despite my friend not being charged. The room was not clean, shower was disgusting, floors not clean, dusty, blind did not work although was fixed. No towels in the room, we all had this issue. Drinks took forever to order in bar, ended up cancelling order as we had to leave and bar low on many drinks. This is not the usual Ibis standard, felt let down by the standard of the rooms. Breakfast was ok.

"Ask Adish"

it’s lovely hotel .. close to airport. i arrived let night around 22@30 pm . great service by front desk Shreya.. allways smiling and ready to help with great smile… Next morning its was breakfast time… all staff was helping hands… But Adish was the best young boy… active at service you and asked him if you need some information about mumbai. i will visit this property…
