Ibis Mumbai Airport Hotel has become my go-to hotel when it comes to layovers in Mumbai. From the moment I arrived at reception, the smiles and friendliness were evident. I arrived very late in the evening, straight from the plane, and I asked for a tea, and the restaurant team kindly served me a masala chai tea. Later that evening, it was a pleasant surprise to encounter a dynamic team in the restaurant; they made me feel welcome right away. Impeccable service with so much kindness... all to ensure I had a good dinner. I recommend the evening buffet at 12 euros. Congratulations, a breath of fresh air is blowing through this restaurant with Chandan at the helm. Highly recommended for your layovers or a longer stay. See you soon. Pascal

"Clean and nearest to airport"

The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The room was always neat and maintained as per requirements. Cleaner Shah worked with great effort and attention, making the environment fresh and comfortable. Shah's professionalism and time management impressed me, and I trusted the cleaning service completely. I would definitely recommend this hotel and Shah’s cleaning service.

"Great stay close to the airport with a yummy breakfast"

Stayed at **IBIS Mumbai Airport** for a short trip, and it was super convenient! The hotel is within walking distance of the newly opened Metro Aqua Line and also really close to the Domestic Airport — just a few minutes away, which makes it perfect if you have an early flight or a quick layover. The rooms are clean and comfy, though a bit compact. The staff were friendly and quick to help. The breakfast buffet was the best part— lots of variety and everything was fresh and tasty. The live counter and masala tea were a nice bonus too! Overall, a great value-for-money stay with good food and unbeatable airport convenience. Would definitely stay again for short trips or transit stays.
