Xima Cusco San Blas

Our room was on the fifth floor, spacious and with an amazing view. Hotel was clean and the cleaning of our room was great. Breakfast was good. Employees at the reception were all amazing and very nice at the exception of the reception guy working on the night shift. All around, we recommend the hotel.

Although pretty much all the staff was great, we did have a situation where we left at 3 am to go visit the rainbow mountain and the employee at the desk asked us to leave him our key so that way we « didn’t loose it ». He was rude and authoritative. We found that extremely weird as nobody at the check-in informed us of that policy and he was the only employee asking us our key during our whole stay. He made us feel unsafe. Other minor detail: the hotel doesn’t have the same name on google maps. Was a little confusing to find.

Location was perfect, in the old part of town close to restaurants. The place was spotless. The staff were brilliant- keeping my bags when I went on a trek, sorting out laundry, taxi to the airport, providing advice and making sure there was a good breakfast.

A minor point that it took a bit of time for the water in the shower to get warm.

Very nice hotel, with friendly staff. Breakfast maybe best choice so far in our teavel in Peru. Very amazing walking street to Catedral. Rooms clean and have hot showers. Definitely we back

Close to Placas des Armas and relatively quiet. Great view and fresh air. Spacious rooms and good breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Cold but that’s normal for Cusco. Had heaters in room. Shower not great.

Just kinda droll. Fantastic front desk person and very helpful, but the hotel itself, I guess you get what you pay for
