"I think that an executive suite needs to have a full time iron and ironing board."

We moved to another property (executive suite)

The staff (gentlemen) who worked at night didn’t have customer service but the rest of staff were fine. He need to know how to talk to customers. They couldn’t provide ice for clients while they have a bar.
