Location. Breakfast.

Place is dated. Overpriced. Had to change rooms due to awful smells.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The parking was very secure for my motorcycle.

If I was being picky the double room was a bit on the small side. But perfectly adequate.

Bendigedig....Great location with mainline rail few hundred metres away, bus routes, and main road all close. Great for getting into town with local shops and bakery with delicious quiche. Breakfast choice is exceptional, Avocado, smoked salmon, eggs always and great coffee. Service excellent and attentive. All staff friendly and helpful. Especially Lily... Will be back. Arnie

Golfing trip with x 8 friends Overall, the Hotel is in a great location, very clean and tidy and has a good bar and restaurant. The Staff make this hotel attentive, friendly and very professional. Very good stay.

Very warm welcome on arrival , small covered car park was a bonus ( there are electric charge points that you can reserve) .Room was lovely very clean , bed super comfy housekeeping every day 5* . The breakfast was great lots of choice and service was good and very attentive . We had an evening meal in restaurant and the bar and it was great , food was hot well presented and again service was spot on . Great value for money for great food. Bonus you get 10% off the Ffestiniog railway if you book this hotel . Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so fabulous , would highly recommend
