No good cervices, no conditioner , costumer service is bad !!!!

Fairly good hotel if you wana go party at night and come home to a quite hotel, look after the small old security man he is number 1 best feller in the hotel

Nice hotel, well worth the money we paid for. Room is very clean and comfortable. Even had a 32inch LCD tv inthe room. The only thing people should be aware is the hotel is about 10-15mins walk to Bangla, but along the way there are other shops. we hired a scooter which made it much quicker to go to the town.

We stayed here knowing that were were going to a budget hotel that would be a little walk to the tourist strip and only planned on staying one night anyway. However, we didnt plan on having to get a tax because we didnt feel safe enough to walk. The shower head sprayed water out from the base wear it connects to the wall and flooded the bathroom. They try to nickle and dime you at every chance possible (ex: free wi-fi is in hotel lobby only) and teh buffet is the worst deal in town. Other than that the place was decently clean.

i booking 3 beds, but there are no 3 beds in this hotel. hotel is quiet far from patong street and no street light when u walk back to hotel at night

The hotel staff is excellent, so willing to help. Things were so smooth thanks to lady at reception, she was wonderful. Hotel is located a bit far from Phuket main street but if you don't mind walking or renting a scooter, you will sure enjoy.

The hotel are so nice full clean should be 4STARS not 3strs becuse full clean and good service people and swimming and etc wow lovely so freidnly with people and etc wow love it there love go there again next year mmmx

This hotel is horrible...do not stay here! This hotel is not conveniently located. It was approximately a mile from the beach and town. However, the location is the least of problems regarding this hotel. The rooms only have air conditioning when you are in the room and have a key in the electrical socket. Once you leave your room...no more air conditioning. Our air conditioner broke during the evening and the hotel refused to move us to another room until the engineer looked over the problem. The hotel is dirty and the pool is not a place where I can imagine swimming---The breakfast was overpriced and nothing special. This hotel was my least favorite hotel while staying in Thailand for 3 weeks. Again....go someplace else---it may be inexpensive but it is still not worth staying at this hotel!!!!

hotel was great!! staff were great but sometimes hard to communicate but what do you expect. Your in a foreign country..learn to adapt. Still renovating so will be so much better once its done. rooms are emaculate outside is a lil dirty but like i said maintenance in place. worth evry penny!!
