This budget hotel is true value for money, hotel itself was not very impressive but room were quite big and clean with all the necessities, service was good, this hotel was located about 15 walk from patong beach, neighbourhood was surrounded by lush green mountain at the back.

Overall it is a very good value hotel. This place is close to the shopping area of the Patong Beach. We walked there and never need to ride the Tuk Tuk. The breakfast provided was quite good. The only compliant I have is they didn't give us a room with balcony even though the room description indicated a balcony. They have free wifi in the lobby area, so if you bring your laptop and go online in the lobby area, it is free. Otherwise, you will have to pay a fee to use the computers in the lobby.

it was a nice hotel, breakfast was nice, clean rooms, people were nice, swimming pool is just for decoration, alittle bit far from the beach, the night life& shopping center, about 20 min walking

I stayed at the APK Resort for 3 nights at the end of our holiday in Phuket. The location is at the back of Patong on a busy main road and not really any other hotels close by. It took around 20 minutes to walk to Patong beach. There is a bit of construction going on in the hotel and in the area so we didn't stay in the hotel much. The outside of the hotel is quite dated and not very appealing. There is only 1 old lift for the 8 floors and the pool is more like a water fountain. But after taking in all these negative things about the hotel the rooms really made it very comfortable to stay there. The decoration is very modern and comfortable and even has a spa bath on the balcony. I would recommend to stay here if you are on a budget and were only going to be staying in the room at night.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and I liked it very much, it is quiet, simple and affordable. You could walk a few minutes to the center of actions..

Good hotel! Pool on the rooftop and very close to everything, shopingmall, bars, clubs and restaurants! Very nice spa on the hotel but you can get cheaper if you look elsewhere. Rooms very clean and good air-con. Unfortunately the road just outside the hotel is very busy and loud. Maybe not so good if you have small children..

My partner and I (New Zealanders) stayed at APK for 7 nights whilst in Patong. We intially booked for 3 nights just in case we wernt happy, but once there we were very impressed with the hotel, buffet breakfast, location and staff that we extended our stay. The room was just a standard room (nothing 5 star) but it was great, clean, big enough for the 2 of us and was air conditioned. The bathroom was fine, shower over bath but all in all, it was clean and everything worked properly. The buffet breakfast was great, as was the spa and massage up on level 8. The roof top pool is great, and is a good way to see all over patong. The staff are very friendly and whenever we needed assistance were happy to help. The location is perfect, its just behind the big shopping centre, is approximately a 10 minute walk to the beach but its away from the noise of the night life which is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants comfortable/affortable accomodation in patong. We recommend hiring a scooter (very cheap) and using this to get around as taxi's and tuk tuks get expensive, restaurants can get pricey with the service tax they whack on to your bill so we ate most of our meals at the food centre in the shopping mall, it was great, the food is delish, cheap and the chefs are lovely thai people! Highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights at the APK and were very impressed with the appearance and cleanlines of the room! Hotel buffet breakfast was pretty standard, same choice everyday, though not all food was covered. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the reception staff were pretty rude and there was always chaos at the desk due to language barrier and disorganisation. Free wifi in the lobby was a bonus and the computers were cheap to use (100 Baht an hour) Location wise, there's good and bad points. It's quite far to the beach, about a 15 minute walk with no shuttle service. Though it's close to the shopping centre, many food vendors, bars and restaurants. At our time of stay the pool was out if service due to building working being done on the top floor. Other facilities like the spa were available but at a higher price to spa near by.

Bad hotel, decorate inside, smell is very big, Air conditioning water is leaking, the outside rain heavily, the inside rain small. Never go to.
