"Good 5 star with good location and very helpful team."

It is a good hotel, very well located. We stayed for 4 nights and were very happy with our choice. Breakfast buffet was very good and even my wife, who's avoiding gluten had some choices. The room was good and quiet, with all the needed amenities in it. The sport facility is good and wide. The pool was also good. A special mention worth the concierge team which we had to use quite a lot, since the taxi apps didn't work on our phones. I must mention Albert, who stood above the rest.

"Great experience at executive lounge"

First time in JW Marriot Hangzhou, it was a good experience. Jennie, Zona, and Ethan have been attentive to my needs and provide great level of service. Their well-balanced engagement made the executive lounge a good place to wind down after a long day of meeting.

Jennie rain and ethan and malin are superb in the 26 th floor lounge. Exceptional hospitality. JW marriott in Hangzhou is very nice hotel and all staff is excellent. Room is very clean and nice and Jennie in the 26th floor lounge arranged vegetarian Sushi for me.
