The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. The food is incredible with so many options and desserts. The pool is nice with water heated to 27 C. The location is ideal, since the Mamsha starts from the end of the hotel. The beach (which is located at JAZ Elite about 2 minutes walk from Iberotel) is also nice. Sea temperature was about 23-25 C.

The pool program should not be so loud. There should be more water toys for kids, and they should not be locked. The other pool could be heated as well: during the entire week we were there, nobody was swimming in the other pool that was not heated, for it was only 20 C. Me eating too much of their good food and gaining weight!

Nice place, very relaxing. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and never seemed to expect a tip (although it was appreciated). The facilities are good, and rooms very clean, family room was very spacious and nice balcony with drying rack. The included ale carte Italian restaurant was excellent, one of the best steaks I have had in ages. 2 of the 3 pools were heated and comfortable in winter. The beach was just a short walk, well maintained and plenty of sunloungers available at the pool and beach, never difficult to find them free. The restaurant at the beach was really good - food cooked to order. The waiters at the beach were particularly nice guys (sorry I forget their names) super nice, always bringing us drinks and even icecreams. The evening entertainment was fun, and in the day time we enjoyed aqua aerobics, yoga, bocce ball etc. Overall a nice choice in Hurghada if you are looking for a bit of a smaller hotel. We liked it in that we got to know all the staff, and they knew us, and it made it personal and friendly.

The buffet food was a bit hit and miss. Some things were good, others not. The meat was nearly always overcooked and dry. Chicken was good, but fish not great- over cooked. Overall we didnt love the buffet, so we ordered lunch from the beach bar which was great and went to the ale carte when we could. Breakfast was better with eggs cooked to order. I wouldn't go there for the buffet but other than that it was good.
