Alles wat uistekend! De kamer was groot, schoon en zag er netjes uit. Het ontbijt en dinner was uitstekend en van hoge kwaliteit. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het hotel zelf zag er uitstekend uit, alles netjes onderhouden en een paar schitterende schone zwembaden. Absoluut waar voor je geld!

Het entertainment was soms erg lawaaierig. Als je vroeg naar bed moet om de andere ochtend op pad te gaan was er tot 22:30 uur soms behoorlijk geluidsoverlast.

Tout était très bien ! Le personnel aux petits soins! La nourriture super tous les jours des nouveautés ! La propreté ! L’équipe d’animation super sympathique ! Merci à essam pour ses créations chaque retour dans notre chambre était une surprise ! Nous avons passé vraiment un super séjour et nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter !

We had the most wonderful experience at Iberotel Casa Del Mar! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful, cozy, and impeccably clean everything was. The entire atmosphere of the hotel made us feel relaxed and welcomed. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ahmed, the manager, for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was extra special. His attention to every detail truly made us feel cared for, and his warm hospitality set the tone for a perfect vacation. We’d also like to give special thanks to Essam at the “Little Italy” restaurant, who went above and beyond every single day. His kindness and attentiveness made our dining experience unforgettable. All the staff were incredibly respectful and helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed. Their professionalism and friendliness really made a lasting impression. We also loved the ease of everything during our stay: from the smooth check-in to the well-organized facilities. And having access to the beach was such a treat, whether we felt like a short walk or hopping on a golf cart, it was always effortless. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with exceptional service.

Las habitaciones están muy bien, son espaciosas y cómodas. Íbamos de luna de miel y el primer día nos decoraron la habitación y nos trajeron fruta. El personal es atento y amable La ubicación es estupenda, rodeado de una zona de tiendas turísticas.

La limpieza escasea un poco. Les falta más limpieza sobre todo en los baños. El buffet le falta variedad, a nosotros nos aburrió un poco. El personal de las actividades de animación es demasiado pesado, están todo el rato preguntando si quieres hacer las actividades, incluso varias personas con diferencia de minutos.
