Swimming pool, shower in the room, lovely pillows and comfortable bed.

We as to clean our room after we drop glass bottle on the floor and have a lot small glass around the room. We requested 3 times clean the room because every time they left glass in the room and we still find the glass after third cleaning. I think it's important to react from the first time because it's glass. I informed the receptionist about the incident and asked if you would like to clean the room??? Really what they think?

I was deceived into believing the hotel was 5 stars and booked at a high price, but after checking in, I discovered it was only 4 stars, which is unacceptable on Booking.com.

I demand compensation for the value and a refund of the amount.

View was excellent, towel and bath coat service was good hotel food was excellent other than the pool service everything was good

Staff who was in charge for life guard service had a very bad behaviour and also the facility given by them was very poor, a person who was there said us that we can’t enter the pool area without pool dress but they haven’t mention it before we book the hotel, that person didn’t care us he was only using the phone and spent his tym when we ask for tsome helps he didn’t care our words and the word he used to speak with us was very rude and bad words… hotel was good but because of the guys who was there hotels reputation is getting down, we planed to stay 2 days but because of his behaviour we canceled the planings on that day and stayed only one day I kindly inform to the manger to check this guys habbits and get a good decision other wise ur hotels name will be spoiled

Upea paikka niemekkeen kärjessä. Huone oli upea, samoin yleiset tilat. Allasalue erinomainen. Ruoka oli äärettömän hyvää, eritoten jälkiruokana ollut pudding/crumble oli herkullista! Aamupala- ja illallisbuffeteista löytyi jokaiselle jotakin maistuvaa. Kuntosali oli oikein hyvä, positiivinen yllätys. Henkilökunta oli äärettömän ystävällistä ja huomaavaista, kiitos jokaiselle!

Aurinkopedit varattiin heti aamulla pyyhkein, jolloin joku paikka saattoi lojua varattuna ja tyhjänä parikin tuntia myös keskellä päivää. Mielestäni tämä on epäreilua muita kohtaan - jos lähdet pois niin vapauta paikkasi jollekin sitä tarvitsevalle. Toivottavasti henkilökunta ottaisi tähän paikkojen varaamiseen eri toimintamallin, vaikka se olisikin haastavaa.
