Trinco Blu by Cinnamon

Home away from home. This pretty hotel with an amazing beach view and heated pools was what we needed to recover from our trip. The service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. Genuinely cannot wait to go back again.

This is an oasis in a dirty area of Sri Lanka. Except for massage, we stayed in the hotel complex almost the full time. Beach swimming and and body surfing was ok.

Off season visit to Trincomalee to do a bit of family history research. Lovely place to stay despite a bit of a distance from town. Lovely meals and pool and very helpful staff. Great value apart from the spa treatments which were the most expensive id seen in Sri Lanka

Enjoyed the beach very much. Fantastic breakfast and excellent staff!

The front door blew open in the middle of the night. Storm notwithstanding, I could not believe that it would take several further requests and two days to fix the door. The hotel management clearly does not take the security of its guests seriously.

It was nice to be by the beach.This resort is worn and tired.The pool is lovely.There is no self serve laundry as advertised. There is no fitness centre as advertised. Breakfast buffet was good.

The staff was outstanding! It really made all the difference. The hotel was great, food, drinks, pool, room.. everything was great but the staff really deserve the best compliments!!!!! Thank you so much for everything! Only comment we had was too bad the neighborhood surrounding the hotel was full of garbage. There is a need for positive influencing....

Be careful. Great overall stay but if you use Hotels.com the hotel will try to add the comission hotels.com charge the hotel. This ruined our check out and meant we were 2 hours late to Kandy. The hotel needs a paint outside and some path from the rooms to the main hotel. To be fair, we took a whale watching trip and the lad that took us out was good and we saw some amazing whales.

Incredible place right on the beach.

Very nice location. You walk out of your room patio and you see very well kept lawn. Just about 10 meters’ walk and alas you feel waves touching your feet.
