Trinco Blu by Cinnamon

Loved this place - great service, friendly staff, amazing food and the scenery - wow. Wished we could have stayed longer here. Definitely planning on coming back!

Three years ago this hotel was a very nice hotel. However the standard has the gradually declining. This is our third trip to TringoBlu and this will be the last one. The service standards has significantly dropped. The rooms has deteriated. Rooms can be cleaner and the belconey was never cleaned during our four day stay During checkin, they agreed for a $100 AU upgrade, but charged US$ and refused to fix the issue.

Just lady Jan 9. This is the place to stay for the beach, out of the way, and what I picture in my mind when I think of a tropical beach.

Not as good as we had expected or experienced elsewhere.

The stay at the hotel was good. We are issue finding vegetarian food at the restaurant. Finding those choices would have made our stay more pleasant.

Not a great experience. Mosquitoes in the room and nothing was done about apart from the hotel staff telling us to get a 'cream'.

Friendly attentive staff. Excellent facilities. Good food. Nice swimming pool.

We were upgraded on arrival to a beach view room which was great. The main areas are open plan all overlooking the beach which made for an enjoyable stay. You can easily move between the pool and beach as they are so close. The staff were very friendly and we would come back here to stay without a doubt.

The hotel was well located and had a nice view of the ocean. Staff were ok. Rathnathee was very helpful in check in and check out. Service was great at times as well as poor. Rooms need to be modernised as the furniture was old and everything kept breaking down as soon as you touched it. Breakfast and dinner buffet needs to be more value for money. Not many activities to do straight through the hotel as the staff were not sure what they offered.

Hotel was in a good location , rooms were clean and comfortable , we only ate breafast every day and had lunch once . Only major downside was the wifi which was terrible the whole site
