"Fab hotel in a great location"

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great as you're within easy reach of Sigiriya and the ruins at Poḷonnaruwa. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. Breakfast was great but we did feel the options in the evening limited as the mainly consisted of the buffet. We did eat out one night but due to the frequent power-cuts found we had to dine in the other as the hotel has a generator. One top tip was that we found the room service menu seemed to be very reasonably priced and offer more selection than was available in the bar!

Ideally located on edge of lake populated with wildlife and for Jeep Safari, Sigiriya etc. tours. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Extensive buffet beautifully prepared. Great entertainment. Room very clean with water, tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries provided.

"Habarana Stop Over"

Pleasant stay at this hotel....a perfect stop over after a day of sightseeing and cycling. Resort hotel catering for organised coach trips in the main but that didnt distract from a lovely evening meal with some live music. Perfect to recharge the batteries for a long cycle the next day.

"Good for the money "

Over all , very nice experience. The pipes are a little bet of an issue but again is in all SRILANKA . Not good construction. Smell damp because of the pipes. But the service , food and ambient is great !
