Was in a great location. The food was excellent and the staff were so lovely. I couldn't fault this hotel.

Good and enjoyable stay and a fantastic reunion. Pleasent surroundings. Butterfly trees and hyperactive monkeys adding to pleasent surroundings. World class Sigiriya and Minneriya elephants and many other local attractions with in easy reach. Good large pool with ample room for water polo. The hotel management - particularly Friday the 29th and Saturday the 30th June were very helpful and receive our special thanks.

We reached the hotel in the late evening.Though we booked at Cinnamon village but they were over booked.They accomodated us in Cinnamon Lodge,which is also nice hotel.They are near to each other.We were served by welcome drink.Hotel staffs are very gentle and polite.The rooms are individual house with a floor (ground +1),in some cases only ground floor.This ia a quiet area and the ambience of the room was also very nice.We specifically booked this hotel to visit the near by safari in early morning.This hotel also close to Shigriya and other tourist place.We only did dinner at their hotel and the feel was awesome.I would surely recommend this hotel and even recommend all Cinnamon hotels.Since the hotel stay at Cinnamon Red,Colombo was really good.You must try their Sri Lankan food,which we still miss 😊.

I'm a Sri Lankan and frequently travels across the country. This is a nice hotel surrounded by trees and nature. Peaceful and tranquil environment, relaxing pool. Can walk around the tress and have a very relaxing time. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast buffet had a good spread. The dinner experience was not that great, we ordered from the in room dining menu and food was not properly cooked (beef was too chewy, prawns slightly over cooked and pasta was tasteless). However we complained when we ordered desserts and they gave us all our desserts free of charge.

we enjoyed the hotel stay. service at all levels were very good . excellent food choices. lots of vegitarian and local dihes like pol roty ,pittu, and hoppers. beautifull landscape facing the lake. music played in the poolside facing restaurant at dinner was very pleasing. would recommend mend for any type of traveller young adult or famiy with children .

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel organised a surprise birthday cake for my mum which was delicious. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly. Would definitely come back again (this was a second visit for me and first visit for my parents).

The location is superb backed with excellent good. The Ayurveda massage is super and brings back life after a hectic tour. Food is superb and tfe location of the restaurant overlooking the pool and lake is breathtaking. Overall a beautiful location with excellent facilities.

Our stay here was perfect in every way. Check in very straight forward and we were greeted with a cool towel and a refreshing drink. Our luggage was taken to our room before we even got there. Our room had 2 single beds and within 1 hour it was sorted out to a double bed. Food here is excellent with a vast array of salads, soups and western and Asian main dishes. They also have a la carte at very reasonable prices as well as a snack menu too. Every member of staff we came in contact with was courteous and very attentive. Would we stay here again? Most definitely yes.
