Amazing grounds!!! Everything was clean. Staff extremely polite and helpful, and always with a smile. Pool was virtually empty. Will visit again.

The pool was being repaired so we had to use the sister hotels pool which they supplied a shuttle for. There was a large issue on checkout when reception tried to charge my credit card for the room when I had already paid via hotels.com A long conversation later and it turns out this credit card was not even mine and it is between expedior and the hotel. Something I did not need to be told about and did not need to be made feel like they were double charging me for the room A bad end to an otherwise wonderful stay

Great clean room but in 1/f therefore view is not that great. Rooms on 2/f got balcony.

The first room we were allocated smelled of mildew, had rusty lampshades and a large patch of mould on the wall at the head of the bed. I asked for a manager to come and view the room, but two requests and an hour later I went to Reception and spoke to an employee. I explained that I was not pleased at being kept waiting so long and wanted to speak to the manager. I was offered another room, but said I would not accept it until I had viewed it first. We were upgraded to a room in H block overlooking the lake, which was spacious, clean and odour free. We saw one of the worst and one of the better rooms in this resort.

Very clean, good food, nice swimming pool, good music at the lobby. The location of the hotel is in the middle of reservation with a lake and nature is all around. Very nice staff.

The resort is fresh and clean and set i beautiful surroundings at the lake. The rooms are big and comfy with everything you need. What was annoying was the employee which tried selling us safari trips from an off-resort competitor from the moment we sat foot in the resort. When we discussed prices with another safari-guide this guy suddenly showed up again and tried to raise the price! Another turnoff was the music in the bar. Both cd and live band played so loudly that we ate twice at the neighbouring resort. (And we're not old farts..)
