From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. Having stayed at many hotels across Sri Lanka, I can confidently say this was my best stay yet. The staff deserve a special mention- they were exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming. Their genuine care for their guests made us feel truly valued and at home.

Our first impression of the reception team was excellent. A special thanks to Nanjini, who made us feel comfortable and welcomed, especially when I had an issue accessing my booking confirmation from Booking.com. The room was amazing, spacious, and very clean. The housekeeping team was also very helpful and kindly provided a few extra bottles of water free of charge. We also enjoyed a great breakfast with a large variety of options. Ramodya was closely monitoring guests' needs and was very attentive and helpful throughout our dining experience. Overall, we had a 5-star comfort experience at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
