Location is close to town and Yala safari entrance. Lovely property with a nice safari feel. Buffet dinner was reasonably good. Didn’t try the buffet breakfast due to early safari. Friendly front desk staff.

Very thin towels and no tissues provided in the room. Shower areas could be upgraded as drains looked old and some visible mouldy areas.

Nice rooms

Furnitures needs to be cleaned. Little too old and dusty.

The location was convenient and closer to Yala. The rooms were good and spacious in the Chalets. Also the surrounding was nicely covered in trees and the location of the pool was very closer to the chalets.

The Food at the hotel were very expensive compared to usual Sri Lankan Prices. The bathroom itself was good, but there was a noticeable sewage smell coming from the toilets. It seemed like they tried to mask it with a lot of air freshener, but the smell was still present.

Great location, reception staff very friendly and welcoming.

Chalets were in need of refurbishment, broken shower taped up with black tape, water spurting out everywhere, towels smelly and the whole chalet was generally shabby. Restaurant service was poor 1 of the party of 4 had buffet and the food trays were empty he was constantly waiting for food to come out, 3 of us had a la carte which was nothing special, we were presented with the bill without being asked if we wanted a dessert, the whole experience was very rushed and reminiscent of a package holiday resort. Very disappointing and very over priced. Worst Hotel in Sri Lanka so far

Nice property with helpful staff. They helped us with late checkout of one hour to accommodate the safari return.

Service was excellent, the staff were very kind and thoughtful. My wife and I had a lovely stay here.

The environment was very good. Rooms were clean. Food was good. However the buffet spread found a little less.

The pool had some damages with broken tiles which could cause injuries. The pool bar was not manned which resulted on looking for the bar man each time we needed service.
