Lovely breakfast and very good buffet dinner, room was very clean, pool was great, staff very accommodating, definitely stay again

The hotel isn’t too far away from the Yala National park entrance which is the only reason we were staying in Yala.

The shower was broken, the water wasn’t hot, the rooms smelt damp, the wifi did not reach the rooms. We complained about the broken shower and were moved to a different but smaller room. So overall not a great experience. The staff did do their best to fix the situation though.

Struttura bellissima. Personale gentilissimo, super accogliente e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto un upgrade e invece della camera normale ci hanno dato uno chalet (senza che glielo avessimo chiesto). Cena molto buona. Colazione ricchissima e spettacolare. Sopra il ristorante un bar con un biliardo (gratuito) e cassa bluetooth a cui attaccare la tua musica. Cocktail incredibili, nonostante non fosse nel menù il barman mi ha preparato un passion fruit mohito pazzesco!! Camera molto carina con aria condizionata, tv, bollitore, tè/caffè e frigo bar. Doccia enorme, welcome kit molto buono. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della piscina che però era molto bella.

The staff were excellent, especially Anuradha who I felt looked after me personally. Breakfast in a bag supplied, in lieu of eating in the restaurant, as I was on an early morning safari. Pool looked inviting, but it was pouring on the day I might have used it. The shower in my room was fantastic, one of those rainforest types, with great water pressure.

I went for the buffet dinner rather than à la carte, which was tasty enough but lacked hot Sri Lankan dishes (there were cold Sriracha Lankan options).

Lage sehr gut für Yala Safari. Nur 20 Minuten zum Parkeigang. Wer möchte, kann auch direkt an der Rezeption buchen, Die Anlage rund um die Pool hat Potential, der Pool wird gepflegt.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Restaurant und Küche eher durchschnittlich, mit unzureichendem Versuch italienische Pasta Klassiker anzubieten. Die südasiatischen Klassiker sind Ok. Versuche, die in dr Karte angebotenen Appetizer als ersetn Gang zu bekommen, waren trotz ausfühlicher Bitte und Erklärung nicht erfolgreich. Das man an der Rezeption nicht wusste, was der eintritt in den Park kostet, ist unverständlich
