"Cozy place"

A cozy place to stay and very convenient with friendly staffs. However,since the hotel is located not at the city central,transportation has become an issue because you have to rent a motorbike or a car to get there. Public transportation only available until 4pm.

"Very Comfy bed"

Modern 4* hotel, just about the best in Pangkalpinang.. I stayed 1 night on business trip and was very happy with the hotel, cleanliness and facilities. Nice modern design.. the hotel felt very spacious .. i liked having many electrical outlets in the room as i can charge many devices/ gadgets. bedroom felt plush.. the only gripe so far is that the hot water could havebeen hotter.. I didnt get a chance to experience the breakfast, so no comments there.. Novotel does a great job of maintaining its quality standards for its hotels across the archipelago, and is usually among the top choices for business hotels.

"layanan petugas cek in yang sangat buruk"

entah kenapa breakfast kami menjadi tidak ada dari ada sesuai yg ditawarkan oleh hotel.com, yg lebih buruk petugas cek in sama sekali tidak kooperatif dan memberikan keterangan bak seorang petugas keamanan jauh dari sentuhan hospitality. sebagai orang yang sudah biasa membeli kamar secara online , rasanya seperti di jebak dan enggan untuk mengulang lagi memkakai jasa dan hotel ini.selebihnya cukup baik.
