Accueil sympathique et professionnel. Chambre propre bien agencée. Salle d'eau propre. Petits-déjeuners copieux et variés. Situation de l'hôtel proche du centre ville à pied. Quartier calme. Parking sur place gratuit.

Il manque une étagère dans la salle d'eau pour poser les affaires de toilette. Il serait appréciable d'avoir une petite serviette de toilette en plus.

"I would not stay in this hotel again"

We had booked a Club double for 2 adults and 1 small dog , and the room size and bathroom were good. The receptionist was very friendly. The breakfast was fine.

We stayed May 28th for 1 night and Niort was in the middle of a heatwave - 38.5 degrees . We were given a room in the annexe not the main hotel. When booking the room I had checked that there was air conditioning. However the air conditioning unit in our room was missing the remote - we asked for a replacement to be told then that the air conditioner was broken. We were given a fan instead. The heat in the room was criminal - we couldn't leave the window open as it was a large window opening onto open land and obviously could leave the bedroom door open all due to safety reasons. Our dog went into distress at 4.30 am so we had to wrap him in cold towels to reduce his internal temperature, which luckily worked but was extremely scary at the time.
