Unfortunately a very warm night and although there was a aircon unit in the room it was not functioning when I queried it at reception I was told that I had booked a standard room

No problem with the Hotel if I was to stay in Niort again I would use the premises again but clarify the booking and make sure that the room had all the facilities

Chambre confortable, propre et petit-déjeuner correct. Très bien placé à côté du centre-ville

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel principalement pour le parking gratuit mais à notre retour le soir il n'y avait plus de place... Le personnel nous a dit que c'était exceptionnel car ils avaient eu un grand groupe

Situation géographique excellente et accès très facile. Accueil chaleureux à la réception. Hôtel calme et fonctionnel.

Je n'ai pas apprécié que le parking de l'hôtel ait été complet le soir de mon séjour et que j'aie dû stationner sur la voie publique. Egalement déçu que la salle du petit déjeuner ait été complète à l'heure à laquelle je me suis présenté mais c'est de ma faute, j'aurais dû y aller plus tôt. l'hôtel a été impeccable et m'a remboursé aussitôt le petit déjeuner, que j'avais payé d'avance et que je n'ai pas pris.
