Hotel Boutique Villas de San Sebastián

We spend good days in Villas de san Sebastian hotel. It has a nice costumer service, and everything was perfect, so I come back in the future in this place. On the other hand, the food was delicious taste

Not recommended if on business as they don't have the facilities or staff professionalism to cater for it. But good place to get away from everything. Kitchen needs an overall. AC stopped working. No hot water. Slow check out. Poor wifi. The day I was there (Sunday), the staff mostly sat around talking to each other. Not very professional but also not unusual for Colombia.

I found this hotel after looking several days for a nice place with decent prices during December. Sandra, the woman who very gently took care of my reservation took care of all details and was always willing to help. You can expect the luxury of simplicity and calm. The location is great (on the way to Restrepo) the hotel has several rooms, some equipped with jacuzzis which look nice for a romantic scape. The place has a nice swimming pool and a little restaurant where the staff is helpful. Quiet, peaceful and charming with nice decoration and very clean. I would suggest the administration to get some real wardrobes for the rooms, the plastic ones do not really match the place and are not very functional. Id advice also to get some more variety on the breakfast options. Food in general was ok but could be interesting to offer something different than eggs everyday. Besides these two details I suggest the place, it is close to Parque Ocarros which is a nice place to visit and learn from the fauna of the region ( it is a type of Zoo where animals are well taken care). Nice hotel!

I look forward to staying at this resort again! I had an upstairs room above the lobby. The rooms are "fresh" and large with vaulted ceilings and large walk-in showers in the bathrooms. Very clean resort and rooms. With only 17 rooms, you feel like you owe the entire resort, as if you were a Hollywood celebrity. Walk out in a robe to the pool and you'll still feel right at home. The grounds are beautiful and a perfect place to lay in a hammock and read a book. Exceptional food and service all-around! In my opinion, this is a world-class getaway that many have only seen in movies. A must if looking for a place to stay in Villavicencio.

Every time we visit this resort, it gets better and better. The staff is wonderful, food is great and beds are perfect. We slept like babies. We couldn't get a better place to stay in Villavicencio period.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The place is beautiful, from the rooms, to the pool, to the grounds. The place is so clean. The staff are really attentive. It's a little out of the way which is good and bad. My only thing is the laundry is really expensive, but they do have a dryer so your stuff really gets dry. And they have hot and cold water.

The first great decision was to visit Villavicenico for the weekend. The second great decision was to stay at the Villas de San Sebastian. We arrived around 8 pm on a Friday. We were kindly greeted and given two fresh limonadas. Very refreshing, and a great gesture! The people could not be more kind. The service and kind attitude was phenomenal. All of the people seem to really enjoy being there and helping the guests. We had breakfast both mornings of our visit. Breakfast was eggs with juice, coffee, bread and also rice and sausage this morning. Delicious! We weren't sure on where to go to eat lunch our first day, so we ate at the hotel. That was our third great decision. The food was excellent. I had the chicken fingers with rice and french fries, and my fiance had the carne with rice and french fries. The food was so good that we went back for dinner. I actually ordered the same thing. The restaurant price was very reasonable as well. As an example, my order of chicken fingers was less than $6.00 USD. We stayed in the master suite with the spa bath. The room was very comfortable. It had a huge king size bed with ample sized bathroom. The patio was relaxing as well. The air conditioner worked great even though it was barely needed. The fan on the patio was great as well. All of the rooms seem a little unique and very nice. I would definitely recommend Villas de San Sebastian and hope to stay here again if I get to visit Villavicencio again. The wifi worked great, and parking was easy. The pool was the perfect temperature for me, as well as the climate in Villavicencio. It was warm enough to swim, but not sweltering hot, and the water was very comfortable.

Comfortable, clean and quiet, the bathroom is also very nice ... the personal is very kind and they're always trying to meet your needs. It's a little pricey but it's worth it. This place is highly recommended for rest

Beautiful and quiet place. Close to malls, natural parks, bicycle routes, a place near Bogota with good access roads. Things to improve the logistical support, since they damage the heater in the room, and only until they released another, they could fix it, but the attitude and service is good.

Excellent service and very kind people. Safety place. Clean and safety rooms. Nice food despite of lack of variety on menu. Beautiful installations and nice pool. The children enjoyed too much the place.
