in general this hotel stands for the open spaces and green areas. the waitress and cleaning ladies were very helpful

the shower in the villa Ángela (family room) was not working properly since the moment we arrive, we reported and no one gave a solution to the problem. it was leaking water all night and we had difficulties to take a shower. we had to take care of the problem ourselves to be able to sleep. manger kept saying that there was no maintenance crew available which was increíble for this 4 star hotel.the manager did not want to compensate our inconveniences at the time of checkout neither changed our room. he just said “Que pena” ( I am sorry). for the money we paid and the general tourism courtesy, we found the management of the issue very innapropiate

We had a very nice stay! The pool area is great for lounging, having a cocktail, and swimming - both as adults and kids. The pool is deeper than most kids can stand (although with a very shallow border area toddlers can wade in), but the two jacuzzi tubs (one that they heat at night) offered another comfortable space to hang out. They should upgrade their small playground, and that would provide another nice kid space, but overall, very nice!
