Hotel San Buenaventura De Atitlan

The place gorgeous and the view fantastic. Rooms are in great need of an update, old linens and fixtures, the bathroom was so dirty we asked them to clean it. The did some cleaning but still the bathroom was gross, perhaps the dirtiest bathroom I have ever been to -in a hotel. The staff was super friendly and professional, food was good. If the hotel wants international travelers they need to do better. We feel overcharged.

Would have liked to have dark stores cause the light woke me up too early. Would have liked the hotel staff advise me that the restaurant of the hotel right beside was open longer hours than the one at San Bonaventura.

Peace and serenity after a busy week. Just what we needed for renewal and revitalization. Staff was lovely, as were the surroundings.

The facility was amazing for the price! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, close to activities, panoramic views, free amenities: jacuzzi, sauna, and kayaks! A true little gem.

Bed was so small, imposible to sleep well as a couple..!

My family and I had the lake to ourselves. We were able to kayak and enjoy the sun. We even helped out a baby owl that we found at the entrance of the hotel's parking lot.

The rooms are clean (needs better toiletries and toilet paper) and nice, great beach, spectacular view and location. The lobby is horrible, food is bad and poor quality, the hotel grounds need better up-keeping, specially the pool area.
