For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Gostei bastante do atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente da equipe do restaurante do hotel. Outro destaque vai para a equipe de entretenimento, principalmente para os tios Shaman, Firmino e Pipoca, que além de demonstrarem amor pelo que fazem, nos deram várias dicas sobre o hotel.

A equipe de vendas de apartamentos da nova infraestrutura me fez perder tempo desnecessário, mesmo eu demonstrando não ter interesse. E forçaram uma barra de oferecer brinde de R$100,00 em uma lojinha que não fazia sentido.

Muito bonito o hotel..

Do tratamento dos funcionários, principalmente quando chega para fazer checkin se você não for uma ‘pessoa tão importante ‘ não te tratam igual. Os funcionários fica pedindo ‘gorjeta tempo todo’ muito constrangedor. Entre tudo o hotel é muito bonito. E a parte da recreação principalmente sobre as crianças e atividades muito fraca..
