All staff is very nice! Just next to the bus terminal(but not close to train station). Very clean hot spring facilities.

The staff were AMAZING and went above and beyond to help us coordinate so many pieces of our trip. From taxis, to dinner reservations to shipping our luggage... They did it all with ease. The rooms were large, clean and quiet. The Onsen was marvelous. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

"Long weekend in Hakuba - evo Hotel Hakuba stole the show!"

We visited Hakuba during the down period between the summer and winter seasons. The staff was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and one of the highlights of our stay. I couldn't recommend this hotel more. It was clean, stylish, and very comfortable.
